Job Requirements: 

• 2 years of automotive technician experience. Experience on Kia or Hyundai vehicles a plus, but not required.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair services as needed.
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Communicate with service advisor quickly if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. 
  
• Participate in manufacturer sponsored training programs, schools and events. 
  
• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner as designed.
• Lev Kia technicians must be well-mannered, polite, professional, and team players with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license is required.

As a Kia Internet Sales Specialist, you are responsible for being a true expert on all the new and used vehicles in our inventory. You will respond to online vehicle inquiries, educate those customers on vehicle features and benefits, and address all customer needs. In this role, you will need to:

•                Become an expert on all new and used Kia vehicles, as well as any off-brand used vehicles in our inventory

•                Have a strong writing ability and phone skills to be able to convey detailed information though email and over the phone

•                Fulfill Kia University Certification requirements

•                Maintain constant communication with other staff members on the status of customer appointments and inquiries

•                Achieve customer satisfaction objectives

•                Communicate with customers online and over the phone

•                Maintain high ethical standards and exceed customer expectations

You should have:

Your primary responsibility is to help our valued customers make the appropriate purchasing decision so they are truly satisfied in their vehicle purchase. You will provide all the product information needed for customers, for both new and pre-owned vehicles, to make an educated decision about which vehicle best fits their needs and lifestyle. You will accomplish this goal by building value and excitement in our vehicles through a clear and concise product presentation and demonstration drive. The goal is for each customer to be excited about LEV KIA of Framingham and the way we do business. Using these strategies, we will together provide a car buying experience based on an honest, low-pressure approach, rather than the traditional tactics.
